Using EclipseCrossword on your website or blog

The quickest way to get a puzzle you made with EclipseCrossword onto your website or blog is to use our free Share EclipseCrossword service. You can upload your puzzle file and get a link that you can use on your website in just a few seconds.

You can also use the link you get from Share EclipseCrossword to embed the crossword puzzle in your website using an <iframe>. Most, but not all, website hosting services allow you to include our page inside of your page—check their documentation on iframes if you’re not sure how.

Finally, EclipseCrossword also has the built-in ability to save web page (HTML) files that you can then customize to your liking. However, many modern website hosting tools don’t allow you to upload entire custom web page files, so in most cases you’re probably better off using Share EclipseCrossword.
