No, at this time, there is no version of EclipseCrossword for netbooks and other computers running Linux. However, multiple people have reported that they've successfully gotten EclipseCrossword to run under the Wine emulator. (One person reported that the shortcut that the installer created did not work, but manually browsing to the install location allowed him to launch EclipseCrossword successfully.)
EclipseCrossword should also of course work just fine in a Windows virtual machine. And, web pages that you create on your Windows computer with EclipseCrossword can be played on a Linux PC in a variety of popular web browsers.
